The Power of Tracking
Do feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day to accomplish everything you need to do?

In a recent training session, I touched upon a common misconception: we often underestimate the time required for tasks while overestimating our capacity to complete them.
The Solution: Awareness Through Tracking
Consider dedicating two of your busiest days to meticulously tracking your activities. Whether it’s time, expenses, or even sleep, the act of writing them creates awareness.
With that awareness you can now make more informed decisions, steering clear of poor choices that may drain your time and energy.
Tracking your daily activities also helps to unveilpockets of time that could be upcycled to accommodate intentional time for joy, like writing, drawing, gardening, or exercise.
Empower yourself with the awareness gained through tracking, and reclaim control over your time to prioritise what truly matters.
