What’s stealing your CEO time? Take the 2-minute quiz to find out

You’re not lazy, scattered, or behind. You’re navigating a world that rewards constant output, while asking you to carry everything else, quietly.

I know this because I lived it.

As a woman entrepreneur and mother, I tried to make productivity work the “right” way. Until my body, my energy, and my family told a different story.

Peaceful Productivity® was born from that moment — not as a softer hustle, but as a smarter, more humane way to work.

Hi, I'm Anne!

...Laid-back islander at heart, Type-A by training.

I’m a German-born, Mauritius-based productivity mentor living in a multicultural marriage and raising two boys between oceans and inboxes.

For years, I wore productivity like armor. I checked every box, ran my virtual assistant agency, managed the family, and hustled harder when I felt I was falling behind. Until the burnout hit. Not just fatigue, but resentment, disconnection, and a creeping sense that I was missing my own life.

That unraveling taught me this:
True productivity isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters—without burning yourself out in the process.

Tools and apps only take you so far. Peaceful Productivity® requires mindset shifts, space for joy, and permission to let go of what no longer fits.

My work is about you, and the version of you who no longer feels like choosing between impact and peace.

As a productivity mentor and host of the top 10% globally ranked podcast – The Productivity Sweet Spot – I help women create work rhythms that feel spacious, intentional, and sustainable.

I don’t believe true productivity is about squeezing more into your calendar. It’s about building a business and a way of living that feels good to your nervous system, not just your to-do list.

I believe in a humane, values-led approach to business where women thrive not in spite of their personal lives, but in harmony with them.

How I Got Here

My path into mentoring didn’t start with productivity tools.
It started with motherhood.

As I navigated my own struggles balancing ambition, caregiving, and identity, I trained as an NLP Practitioner in 2018, followed by a Motherhood Studies Practitioner certification, deepening my understanding of how women are shaped — and strained — by invisible expectations.

In 2020, when COVID left me without a job, I founded Virtufully as a freelance Virtual Assistant. Over time, I grew it into a boutique VA agency supporting heart-centered entrepreneurs.

That’s when I noticed something unexpected.

My real strength wasn’t just systems or execution.
It was helping my clients feel calm, grounded, and focused — even during launches, growth phases, and high pressure moments.

Ironically, while I was helping others work sustainably, I was burning out in my own business.

The Moment Everything Changed

There was a night — long after my kids were asleep — when I found myself crying at my desk.

Earlier that day, I’d snapped at my son when he asked, “Mama, can you play?”
Not for the first time.

My business — the one that was supposed to give me freedom — had turned into something that never slept.
I was squeezing work into every pocket of time… and squeezing my life into whatever scraps were left.

I told myself this was just what success required.

After all, I’d been raised to believe that efficiency was a virtue.
That multitasking was a skill.
That strong women could — and should — do it all.

But multitasking, I later learned, is really just constant task-switching.
And it was draining my energy, my presence, and my joy.

I never dropped a ball.
Except one.

I dropped myself.

My body eventually made that impossible to ignore.
When my hair started falling out in clumps, I knew something was deeply wrong.

That was my line in the sand.

What I Learned — and What I Teach Now

I used to think productivity meant working harder.

Now I know it means something very different.

Real productivity is being here —
in your body, in your work, in your life, with the people you love.

I stopped seeing slowing down as a failure and started treating it as a strategy.

That personal rescue mission became Peaceful Productivity®.

Not a softer way to hustle.
But a smarter, more humane way to work.

One that honors capacity.
Builds momentum without pressure.
And makes room for both ambition and wellbeing.

Because I truly believe:

  • Rest is not a reward you earn

  • Success should not cost your health

  • Women deserve more than just “holding it all together”

My Approach

the PEACE framework

I guide you through the five pillars of Peaceful Productivity:

P – Prioritize with Purpose: Make aligned choices based on what actually matters to you

E – Energy Management: Work with your natural rhythms, not against them

A – Allow Rest and Reflection: Rest is not a reward, it’s part of the process

C – Compassion in Action: Progress with self-kindness, not pressure

E – Enjoy the Journey: Build a life you don’t need to escape from

It’s part strategy, part nervous-system support, and all grounded in real life.

Why clients choose me (it’s not what I expected)

When I ask new clients why they chose to work with me, it’s rarely just the strategy (though we get stuff done).

They tell me it’s my calm. My presence. The way I model what I teach, without preaching it.

They say, “You make me feel like I can finally breathe.”

And when we can breathe, we can finally create the life we were meant to lead.
