Revisiting Goals & Resolutions
It’s mid-year, and a perfect time to revisit the goals and resolutions we set at the beginning of the year. Are you still on track? Do these goals still excite you, or is it time to let go?
For example, I had a goal to create a podcast this year. While I’m still excited about the idea, I’ve decided to let it go for now. The reason? It requires a significant amount of time and energy that I need to focus on growing my VA team and creating solid, efficient processes in the agency. And you know what? I’m okay with that.
Letting go of a goal doesn’t mean failure; it means making an intentional choice about where to direct your energy and focus.
Take a moment to reflect on your goals. Are they still aligned with your current priorities? If not, give yourself permission to adjust them or let them go.
Delegation - Investing in Your Time
Early this week I had the pleasure to record a podcast episode with Sarah Santacroce which will be release later this month.
We spoke about the chicken or egg dilemma many entrepreneurs face.
Make more money to then delegate or delegate so that you can make more money….
From my personal and professional experience, buying back your time is one of the smartest things one can do!
Delegation is not just about offloading tasks—it’s about making a strategic investment in your time.
By working with a Virtual Assistant (VA), you can free up precious hours that you can then reinvest into your business, your family, or even self-care.
To help more of you experience the transformative benefits of working with a VA, I’m excited to test out our new “Pay What You Can” offer. This unique opportunity is designed to make it easier for you to get affordable support.

Shifting from Left to Right - A Creative Exercise
Are you a righty or a lefy?
How much time do you spend in left-brain (analytical) versus right-brain (creative) activities?
While we tend to naturally gravitate towards one or the other (I’m a lefty), it’s beneficial to challenge both sides of the brain to enhance your cognitive flexibility and overall productivity.
So, today, I’d like to invite you to try shift from the dominant left-hemisphere mode to the subdominant right.
Draw a simply symmetrical shape. Start with your dominant hand and draw one half of the shape (e.g. a vase). Then finish off the other side with your non-dominant hand. Notice how this shift feels.
Another way of doing this was shared by Jodi Rose in a recent Peaceful Productivity session. Click here to watch the recording.
