Your business can grow without asking more and more of you.
You built your business to create something meaningful. But as it grows, so do the decisions, responsibilities and moving parts that need your attention. You might have a team, systems and established processes. Yet somehow, you're still the person holding everything together.
Growth shouldn't mean becoming the bottleneck in your own business.
At some point, the answer isn't to manage your time better or work harder. It's to look at how the business actually operates and what needs to change.
Founder Operations Diagnostic
Find out where your business is consuming unnecessary founder capacity and what to change over the next 90 days.
A focused, personalised assessment of how work happens in your business, where responsibilities and decisions depend too heavily on you, and which improvements would make the greatest difference.
When the business has grown, but the way you work hasn't caught up
You may recognise some of this:
- You have a team, yet there is still an extraordinary amount you need to remember.
- You delegate, but you remain responsible for making sure everything eventually happens.
- People can do the work, but decisions, questions and exceptions still come back to you. You're spending time on things that probably shouldn't require your level of involvement anymore.
- You have systems, processes and tools, but they haven't necessarily made the business feel simpler.
- You have ideas for where the business could go next, but much of your capacity is being consumed simply keeping the current business moving.
Nothing is necessarily broken.
The business may actually be doing well.
But the way it operates is asking too much of one person.
This isn't about doing less for the sake of doing less.
It’s about being more deliberate about where your effort belongs.
There will always be work that deserves the founder’s attention.
Strategic decisions.
Relationships.
Creative thinking.
Direction.
Leadership.
The problem is when that work sits alongside coordination, chasing, unnecessary approvals, recurring admin and operational decisions that have never found somewhere else to go.
The Founder Operations Diagnostic helps us separate the two.
What we'll look at
Founder Capacity
Where your attention and energy go, what genuinely needs you, and where your involvement creates value.
Ownership & Decisions
Where decisions, delegation, responsibilities and follow-through still depend unnecessarily on you.
Workflows & Systems
Where processes, coordination and existing tools create friction instead of making work easier.
Priorities & Progress
What deserves attention now, what can wait and which changes will create meaningful leverage.
The Shift
From being the operating system of the business
to leading one that uses your capacity well.
Less mental tracking, chasing and unnecessary decision-making. Clearer ownership.
Systems and processes you can actually trust. More headspace for clients, growth, strategy — and life outside the business.
What You'll Receive
Clarity on what's happening, decisions about what needs to change, and a focused plan for the next 90 days.
01
Diagnose
Understand what’s happening
You’ll begin with an in-depth intake covering your role, workload, priorities, team, recurring responsibilities and current ways of working.
This gives me the context to understand not only what you’re doing, but why the business currently works this way.
I’ll then step back from the day-to-day detail and look for patterns:
- Where is your capacity being used well?
- Where are you still carrying work that could sit elsewhere?
- Where has the business outgrown the way it currently operates?
- Where could changing one thing remove friction somewhere else?
02
Plan
Decide what needs to change
Once you’ve had time to absorb the diagnostic, we’ll meet for a 90-minute Roadmap Session.
This isn’t a presentation of the report.
It’s a working session where we make choices.
Because a sustainable plan isn’t one containing every improvement you could make.
It recognises the capacity you actually have and prioritises the changes most worth making now.
- Together, we’ll decide:
- What needs attention first
- What can wait
- What should move away from you
- Where your effort will have the greatest impact
- Who needs to own what
- What is realistic within the next 90 days
03
Roadmap
Turn the decisions into a focused plan
I’ll turn those decisions into a personalised 90-Day Roadmap.
Not twenty recommendations.
Not a transformation programme you somehow need to squeeze into an already full business.
A small number of deliberate priorities.
- You’ll know:
- What we’re changing.
- Why it matters.
- What happens first.
- Who should own it.
- What we’re deliberately not tackling yet.
Optional Upgrade
Want support turning the roadmap into reality?
Optional 90-day implementation support available.
This is not about building a business that doesn't need you.
It’s about building one that uses you well.
A business where you’re no longer the operating system holding every deadline, decision and loose end together.
Where ownership is clearer.
Where systems and processes can be trusted to support the work.
Where your team has greater independence.
Where fewer things need to come back to you simply because you’re the founder.
And where your capacity can increasingly go towards the work only you can do — bringing in the right clients, shaping the direction of the business, making thoughtful decisions and having enough headspace for the rest of your life too.
By the end of the diagnostic, you'll have clarity on:
Where your time and attention are currently creating the most value.
Where your capacity is being unnecessarily consumed.
What the business has outgrown.
What could move away from you.
What deserves your effort now — and what doesn’t.
And a practical 90-day plan for beginning to change it.

No.
The Founder Operations Diagnostic is designed to give you clarity on what needs to change and a realistic plan for the next 90 days.
You’ll receive the diagnostic, recommendations, Roadmap Session and personalised 90-Day Roadmap.
If you’d like ongoing support while implementing the roadmap, you can add the optional 90-day implementation support for US$300/month for three months.
Not at all.
You may already have the team, capacity or confidence to take the roadmap and implement it yourself.
The upgrade is there for founders who want someone alongside them to sense-check decisions, troubleshoot problems and help keep the changes moving.
You’ll have received your diagnostic and video walkthrough beforehand, so we won’t spend the session simply going through a report.
Instead, we’ll use the 90 minutes to make decisions.
We’ll determine what matters most, what can wait, what should move away from you, who needs to own what and what is realistic to change over the next 90 days.
I’ll make recommendations based on what I see in your business, but the goal isn’t to hand you a generic list of things founders “should” delegate.
We’ll look at where your involvement creates value, where it has become unnecessary, and where clearer ownership, simpler processes or better systems could free up capacity.
No.
We will absolutely look at how your time, attention and capacity are being used, but the Diagnostic goes beyond your personal working habits.
We’re also looking at how the business operates around you: how work flows, where decisions sit, what repeatedly comes back to you, where ownership is unclear and where the business may have outgrown its current ways of working.
No.
The goal is not to build a business that doesn’t need you.
It’s to make sure your effort is going where it matters most.
There may be work you should continue owning because your judgment, expertise or relationships make a real difference.
We’re trying to reduce the work that depends on you unnecessarily, not remove you from the parts of the business where you create value.
That’s likely.
The point of the roadmap is not to fix everything at once.
We’ll deliberately choose a small number of priorities that can create meaningful improvement within the capacity you actually have.
Some things will intentionally be left for later.
The Diagnostic will be most useful when there are already multiple moving parts in the business and questions around ownership, delegation, systems or founder involvement.
That doesn’t necessarily mean you need a large team.
You might work with employees, freelancers, contractors, a VA or other external partners.
What matters is that the business has reached a point where how the work is organised matters as much as how much work you personally get done.
Rather than adding another recurring meeting to your calendar, you’ll have a direct channel to me during the 90-day support period.
You can use it when you hit a decision, obstacle or question while implementing the roadmap.
It’s designed for the reality of implementation: the moments when something changes, someone responds differently than expected, or you need another perspective before deciding what to do next.
The Diagnostic and implementation upgrade are advisory rather than a done-for-you operations service.
If the work uncovers an area where more hands-on support would make sense, we can discuss what that could look like separately.
There’s no assumption that you need to continue working with me beyond the Diagnostic or 90-day support period.
Yes.
